Smart Home Automation using IoT and AI
Developed an IoT-based Smart Home Automation System using Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and multi-sensor integration to monitor device-level electricity consumption and display real-time analytics via a mobile app. Implemented cost-optimization and anomaly-detection algorithms — including time-series forecasting — to identify abnormal power usage and optimize energy consumption, projecting reduction in overall electricity expenses by up to 36%.
Brain Hemorrhage Detection using Deep Learning
Built and optimized deep learning models using DenseNet-121 and ResNet-18 on a dataset of more than 3,000 CT scans from 351 patients to classify five hemorrhage subtypes. Through iterative tuning and experimentation, the models achieved accuracies of 86.32% and 81.82%, demonstrating strong diagnostic capability and reliability in medical image classification.
